AFFILIATE MARKETING AGREEMENT

This Affiliate Marketing Agreement is made and entered into as of the date of acceptance by the (Affiliate name) ("Effective Date") by and between Planet in Pixel Visuals Pvt Ltd, a legally registered entity, and the individual or entity agreeing to the terms of this Agreement.

Purpose

• The Company agrees to engage the Affiliate to promote its video editing courses and compensate the Affiliate as outlined below.

Payment Structure

• If the student pays the full amount upfront, the Affiliate will receive a payback of INR 20,000 per enrollment.
• If the student opts for a No Cost EMI payment option, the Affiliate will receive a payback of INR 18,000 per enrollment.

Promotion Guidelines

• The Affiliate shall promote the course only in the name of the Company and shall not misrepresent or rebrand the course under any other name.
• The Affiliate shall use only the official payment links provided by the Company. No personal or third-party payment links shall be used.
• If any Affiliate is found using their own payment link without prior written approval from the Company, they will be immediately disqualified from the affiliate program.
• Students must make payments directly to the Company using the affiliate link provided by the Company. Affiliates are strictly prohibited from collecting payments into their personal accounts.

 
Payment Terms

• Affiliate paybacks will be processed and paid on the 5th of every month for all valid enrollments made in the previous month.
• Payments shall be made through the payment method specified by the Company.

Compliance and Restrictions

• The Affiliate shall promote only the features and details mentioned in the official curriculum of the course.
• The Affiliate shall not make any overpromises or mislead potential students regarding course content, duration, certification, or outcomes.
• If an Affiliate is found making exaggerated claims or false promises, they will be disqualified from the affiliate program.

Approval for Additional Activities

• If the Affiliate wishes to undertake any promotional activity beyond the terms of this Agreement, they must obtain written approval from the Company beforehand.
• Any unauthorized promotional activity will result in legal action against the Affiliate.

Termination and Legal Action

• The Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, including if the Affiliate violates any of the terms outlined above.
• If an Affiliate is found engaging in fraudulent activities or unauthorized promotions, the Company may pursue legal action to recover damages.
• In the event that an Affiliate is disqualified due to a breach of this Agreement, any pending or balance payback shall be forfeited. The Company shall not be liable to make any further payments.

Term of Agreement

•  This Agreement shall automatically expire after 60 (sixty) days from the date of signing, unless renewed in writing by both parties.

Governing Law

• This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of [Your Jurisdiction].

Entire Agreement

• This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
