REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for dissatisfaction, you may request for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be requested within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. Refund will be processed only if the conditions below are satisfied. 

● You have attended all the classes live

● Assignments are submitted within the deadline

RETURN PROCESS

Please email customer service at hello@planetinpixel.com to register your refund request. After receiving your request we will check the eligibility and process the refund. 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return request, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

You will not be eligible for a refund if:

● You have not attended all the classes live 

● Assignments are not submitted within the deadline
